We understand that everyone goes through financial difficulties at some point in their lives. However, we strongly believe that these challenges should not hinder anyone's ability to seek mental health support. Which is why we have implemented a sliding scale to assist during tough times. Self Referrals

Clients are welcome to self refer by calling 0413372044, or emailing admin@banksiamhc.com or completing the online enquiry form.

Standard Fee per 50 minute consultation is $160 with no rebate

Long consultation 90 minutes $230 with no rebate
Medicare
Mental Health Care Plan:

GP’s can refer under a Mental Health Treatment Plan items 2700, 2701, 2715 or 2717

Standard Fee per 50 minute consultation is $160 with a medicare rebate of $85.20
Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plans:

NDIS
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

NDIS participants can be referred by making contact over phone, email or completing a referral form and faxing or emailing to the supplied details. NDIS participants are charged according to the NDIS price guide – Standard 50 minute session plus documentation. Documentation, clinical notes and reports are charged at $193.99/hr or $32.33/ 10 minute block.

Training/Group Packages
Customised training and education services are available, with costs are tailored to your individual service requests and needs. Using pre-existing programs such as the Building Brains, Safe at School and other information sessions will reduce costs. Child group programs also exist such as Safe at School (art therapy group for children experiencing school refusal or challenging behaviour at school), or can be custom developed at request.
Home, school or other external contact locations can be arranged however these will incur additional travel fees.
